Over the last 12 months we've helped 36 families with their housing needs. They were bright-eyed first-time homeowners, families downsizing or upsizing, some with new job opportunities, grandparents getting closer to kids, kids getting closer to grandparents, and gratifying homecomings to Denver. A lot of the excitement and emotional feedback was only visible to us via eyes and eyebrows. When there were tears, they were happy tears. Our clients were hearty and focused - regularly collaborating late into the night or early in the morning when it mattered most.
Knowing these efforts translate into beautiful long-term outcomes is what drives our team. That, along with the relationships we form, make our work fulfilling.
I’m very thankful to our Team Manager, Abby Hetterich, for having the skill and attention to detail to resolve problems like an air traffic controller (an air traffic controller we helped during the pandemic would agree).
Abby and I are infinitely grateful for the support we get from our spouses, Alyssa and Shelby. Through a challenging year, Mom and Dad (Lynn and Steve) have been central to the decision making, strategy, and integrity that propels us into our 38th year.
