Meet Team Hetterich

A Fulbright Fellow, economist and artist, Callan brings a creative, analytical mind to the buying and selling process. Clients value his ability to analyze the market and strategize favorable terms, keeping his client’s best interest front and center. He has excellent communication skills, and the focus and discipline he honed as a competitive swimmer are assets in helping his clients land a deal. The numbers speak for themselves: In his decade with Team Hetterich, Callan has helped clients with 30-35 moves per year and averaged $25M in annual sales from 2020-2022.

In 2016 Callan oversaw the renovation of his ranch-style home in Denver and learned firsthand the value of a trusted contractor and competent, reliable trades people. He honed his woodworking skills under the tutelage of his granddad, and in 2021, to keep the Hazelrigg woodworking tradition alive, built an oversized garage with a 350-sq ft workshop. Callan and his new wife Alyssa recently celebrated their wedding in Longmont Colorado.

Bringing extensive experience from her former career in professional sports stadium operations, Abby is a relationship builder with a keen mind for logistics, planning, and project management. She oversees our transactions, manages communications, and supports Callan in the field. In her first two years with Team Hetterich, Abby was instrumental in the Team closing an impressive $50M in sales.

After spending years in Texas and Seattle, Abby and her husband Shelby are thrilled to be settled in Colorado, where they both grew up. Travel, entertaining friends and family, and spending time with their dog Dublin are priorities when they can grab some free time. They love being available for impromptu adventures, holiday celebrations, and family gatherings. Give Abby and Shelby a food assignment, and you just know it’ll be terrific. They’re both amazing cooks.

An avid cyclist, trekker, and adventurer, Steve has been the force behind a career total 900+ home sales for Team Hetterich, exceeding $300,000,000 in volume. He’s that rare individual who’s been able to succeed at business and still manage to carve out time for travel, friends, and family. He and Lynn have set foot on six continents since their first trip abroad in 1984. On a quiet evening at home, you’ll find Steve enjoying a good movie or series. Documentaries are his sweet spot.

Logistical coordination and problem-solving in any arena are Lynn’s forte. She’s been managing construction projects, overseeing rental properties, and assisting with real estate sales for 40 years. Her gift is to make complicated scenarios seem doable. Lynn’s knowledge of inspection issues, HOA terms, and administrative minutiae is as mind-blowing as her ability to navigate the world, regardless of setting, country, or culture. Point to a spot on a map, and Lynn can figure out how to get you there. Along with Steve, she’s a lifetime trekker and cyclist and likes nothing more than putting together their next adventure.
