The man gets his work done and maintains a fitness level that leaves most folks trailing in the dust. With three marathons under his belt, Steve’s focus these days is cycling, trekking and perfecting his downward dog. But life isn’t only about working out. Steve directs the discipline, energy and enthusiasm of a training regime into buying and selling houses. Clients view him as a bit of a guru and keep coming back, which explains his consistent membership on the Denver Board of Realtors Million Dollar Roundtable and the RE/MAX Platinum Club. His education qualifications in real estate are matched by less than 5 percent of realtors nationwide. Steve shares a passion for travel and service in the developing world with wife Lynn, and goes the distance for a great cup of coffee and the latest foreign film—and loves to share his favorites.


Not to be outdone by a fit spouse, Lynn holds her own as a trekker, cyclist and yoga enthusiast. Raised in Denver, she’s been a travel junky since her first trip to Nepal in 1981, a country whose people, spirit and extraordinary natural beauty continue to enrich her life. Thanks to an eye for detail, a banker-daughter’s command of numbers and an innate sense of perfection, Lynn has yet to meet a contract or agreement she can’t handle—which is great news for her clients. Midwest winters chased Julie to Colorado in the 70’s but it was the desire for walk-and-bike convenience that brought her and husband Chris to a house in central Denver in 1998—purchased with Lynn and Steve as brokers. Julie balances the team’s triangle with her love of reading and culinary excellence. During down time, find her sprawled on the sofa with two cats in her lap, her face buried in the latest issue of The New Yorker. Or in the kitchen trying a new recipe, show tunes belting in the background. Julie keeps the tires filled and the chains greased on a brokerage team that truly delivers for their clients.

 New kid on the block, our son Callan has joined the family business.  No stranger to our industry, Callan brings the perspective and tech-savvy skillset of a Millennial.  He’s a people-person with a coaching background and fresh new angles on the values we place on helping clients through the nuances of a real estate transaction
